Claudio and Robyn were absolutely amazing! Their assistance was absolutely invaluable during every step of the process. They are kind, generous, and extremely knowledgable. We moved from out of state and found the real estate market in South Florida to be complex and difficult to negotiate. But the Petasnes helped us to learn more about the different cities and neighborhoods and showed us an extremely large number of homes. Their patience and knowledge enabled us to make a decision that we felt comfortable with. They were also enormously helpful during offer negotiation and getting us through the closing. We interviewed a few agents via the listing agents on interesting properties before selecting one to buy our new house. We observed the response time, follow up, patience and their honesty. Excellent family team of realtors. They found a condo in Miami FL that I liked just in two days.
